ReturnsYou have 30 days from delivery to return your hat. It must be unworn, unused, and in original condition — meaning no sweat stains, no sunscreen, and definitely no evidence it survived a backyard barbecue.

RefundsOnce your return arrives, we’ll inspect it carefully like dads inspecting a grill. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s sense of urgency.
ExchangesIf we sent the wrong item or something arrived defective, that’s on us. Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it faster than a dad saying “I know a shortcut.”
